And your right I have already used the spam support on MySpace, so far it does not seem to have even slowed any. I will keep at it. Sooner or later someone will get to it. And thanks for the other information. I have been out of touch for the last month and a half, so I have missed many safety postings at most places I do research. I am really sorry to hear that this is growing this fast so soon. There will be no way to keep up with all the problems. I guess we will just all have to do our own little part and hope for the best.

Thanks for at least trying. I have joined some of them to get a better feel of the goings on, and to help me identify safety problems. I am a member of MySpace, and Hi 5. On MySpace I had just a couple of questions that I answered for a friend then a week later I started getting 10 to 15 emails a week about the problems there. So I know MySpace better than the others for now, and which still have many Spam issues the latest of which is solicitation for a dating site called Fling.com. This one of all of the Spam solicitations concerns me the most. Extremely graphic content and is in no way suitable for anyone under 18. I have had some success in getting the users most of which are made up all using the same picture to MySpace. I get a minimum of 3 friend requests a day from false users whose page is dedicated solely to re-directing people to the Fling.com website. So I am glad this came up. Could you email me a reliable contact at MySpace for this type of thing? My email address is listed in my membership here. Or just pass the information to your contacts. My nephew who is only 15 years old gets the same requests. So this could grow into a problem for teen MySpace users and parents. Hi 5 I will save for another posting. It deserves an article all to itself. Once I began looking around the site I could not believe the lack of security where young people are concerned. But any of these types of interaction sites that are in need of watching please post or email them to me, and I will get to as many of them as I can. Internet usage is at an all time high and growing by the hour. The last time I checked we (safety communities) are out numbered 1118018 to 1. That is based on the number of attempts of the websites to make contact with an average Internet user. LOL maybe we should start recruiting. So anywhere you need the extra eyes, just point me in the right direction and I will help all I can.

Could I get a link to the networking area spoken of here? I would like to familiarize myself with this subject a little more. I have checked with some of my contacts still with the net taskforce and even they did not seem to know what I was speaking of.
