have a question.... a blog was written about someone... without using their name.,.. the only one who knows who it is about is the writer and obviously the person its about becaus eits a summary of the conversation.... the person is all pissy now threatening to sue me for slander.... i like to cover all bases... no names are mentioned... what are the odds?

Sounds like the person it was written about didn't know up front that the conversation would appear in the blog. If not, they probably have a certain right to be upset, even though no names were posted (which certainly helps the situation). The bottom line people can always ask themselves is, how would I feel if someone did that to me? If "I" wouldn't like it, that's probably how the other person would feel, so it shouldn't be done. If the person who wrote the blog post about the conversation wouldn't care, then the writer should probably have a conversation with the other person and explain that. Does that help?
