Need help...Going through a custody battle for my fiances' children. His ex-wife is trying to make him look bad as often as she can. She posted an account on MYSPACE with his name and info but it is totally inaccurate (including inappropriate photos of women). She showd the account to the kids and custody evaluator, she's evil. HOW CAN I PROVE SHE DID IT!!!! Anyone have any ideas, I really want to prove here wrong.
Thanks
Kel

Kelly10899, it sounds like you're in the middle of a very tough situation - sorry to hear that. As for the profile you mention, MySpace can certainly delete impersonating profiles upon their victims' request, but only provides information on the people who create the profiles in response to requests from law enforcement. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound as if there's any criminal activity in this situation that would involve law-enforcement intervention. I hope that helps,
Anne
