how to quit a group

hey i wanna quit 2 of the groups, both the groups are sick they took my photo changed it and posted it. plz help me..........

Go to Groups from the blue navigation bar near the top of the page.

Click My Groups

Click on the group you want to quit

Click Resign

Click resign again to confirm
