what shud she do,shes emailed piczo about and they havent really helped her jst telling her things shes alredy done,im worried for her and angry at the person who sent her the nasty comments,what shud i do 2 help or shud i jst stay out of it as her parents and herself want 2 find the person wich sent the comments from a confused teen?

Thanks for your post. It sounds as if your friend's parents are on the case, which is a good thing whenever someone's being harassed or bullied online. With your friends' parents involved, you can probably relax and just support your friend, which I'm sure s/he appreciates. Piczo says it acts quickly on harassment cases and does provide a contact number for parents and teachers at the bottom of this page, so I hope they've called that number and that this gets resolved. Feel free to keep us posted.
