Bebo arent that interested in underagers or defamation

My daughter had her acc deleted by bebo 1 day before her 15 birthday.Thanx 2 a 12 yr old girl with obviously no proof.1 that had a copy cat profile!!!
I managed through much hassle to get her acc back,so Thanx for that.
Then there is a 12 yr old girl that I know personally and she is totally abusive and had statements saying she was 12 on other profiles.
Bebo were sent this info and ignored it,she also has a heap of fakes and imo her ip should be blocked.
I replied back to bebo asking then if my son could join as he is 6 weeks older than this girl,they said no to my son as he is 12!!!and That was with parental consent.
But they have allowed the abusive girl to stay on and continue her pot stirring.
Now there is another situation where I have had a boy calling me ugly,slut and a prostitute and saying my husband is bad in bed all over bebo and probably myspace too.Aside from that he has said very nasty things about my daughter on there too.
Then I assume a fake( wonder who? ehm) comes to my bebo and says she wants to vomit all over me,if she is who she claims to be then we don't know each other and she is just a nosey stalker but I regard this as abuse.
My daughter invited me on bebo and my friends are on there and I keep I touch with family all over the world.
I have these kids telling me that I have no right to be on bebo etc.... and bebo have done nothing at all about it.
I am totally disgusted and I have been to 1 school(that the boy goes too)They are disgusted and said I actually have a police matter.They have rang the boys parents and the Father(who seemed nice) rang me to discuss and apollogise.(we are intending further discussion-I have given the boy a few days to have a wee think about his actions and come up with a suitable solution)
I don't know quite how this gets all cleared up but I will be pursuing it further,and am looking at the legal ramifications.
But that is really how much interest bebo have,not much unless it is a false allegation as I stated in my first sentence.
I would advise all parents to be involved in their childs lifes and get on bebo.
I don't stalk through and follow all her conversations,but when I see ppl wanting to stab my daughter-I get involved.
If more parents were involved and it wasn't perceived as a kids site ,we'd all be alot better off.Kids have a way of getting themselves in trouble as you can see.
The person that(handles???) complaints needs a lesson in abuse and management.
and I truly think that the age should be 18 for some.
But age would not be a problem if bebo actually handled complaints in a decent manner.As I do know other 12 yr olds on there that have more maturity than certain 16 yr olds.
Please don't post abusive comments as replies.I'm really not in the mood for it,and I can back up everything I have posted here.
