I always use internet to communicate with my friends and relatives living far. I think it was the easiest way to be in contact with all of them, so in same manner now my child want to have an email account to contact with his friends but I don’t want to let him to access internet just from now. As i am aware of the hazards of internet usage. Should Parental control email service provider will be helpful to me in this case..

I'm not sure if it's exactly what you are looking for, but try these programs - Actymac Dutywatch and Protemac Keybag. I use them at work to monitor my employees' internet activities.

Welcome Herrys, You don't mention your child's age, but most services require users to be of a certain age. Beyond that, it's a parent's choice based on what's appropriate for each child as s/he matures. (Some kids need more supervision, others less.) If you're interested in a parental control tool, check out GetNetWise's searchable database. We recommend talking with your child about the monitoring tool you choose.
