Nude photos on MySpace bring felony charges
[Replies:

A 17-year-old Wisconsin boy has been charged with possession of child pornography, sexual exploitation of a child, and defamation for posting nude photos of his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend on his MySpace page. (Read the Chicago Tribune’s coverage.)
If convicted, this boy could face several years in prison and be labeled a sex offender for life.
Tell us: Does the punishment fit the (alleged) crime? Why or why not?
Thanks,
Maureen
