You can report those pics spam or copied content. That website will ban the users who submit copied pictures or content.

This is a good theme, but imagine How do I fell when my ex-husband's gilrfriend posted a lot of picture of my daughter on her hi5 page and I can not stop her doing that, even I am the tutore of my child. She and the father of my child don,t think it is a bad thing they say that they are proud of her and I am trying to deny that I have a child by not posting picture of her on my hi5 page. I am trying only to protect her.

Hi Lucyandcuddles, Great question. I'm pretty careful about what I post (pics and info) about my child because I recognize how very public the Internet is. I was surprised when my friend built a website about her new baby - the first one or two pages alone contained lots of photos plus the child's full name, birthdate, birth place (including hospital), grandparents' names, etc. Seems like identity theft waiting to happen. It’s all the more surprising because this friend is normally very careful about protecting her own personal information in the offline world.
Anyway, kind of a long answer, but you get the idea. Here's a recent news article that raises some of the same issues. I'm curious to hear from other parents - am I being paranoid?
