Boa tarde!
Sou mãe solteira, tenho dois filhos com os quais partilho a paternidade com Carlos Saraiva, o pai dos meninos, mas tenho a guarde e sou tutora dos meus filhos.
O que se passa é que o pai dos meus filhos e a sua namorada têm fotografias dos meus filhos, que são menores e estão a meu cargo, expostas nos seus perfis do Hi5.
Gostaria de saber como reportar este abuso, pois eu não autorizei nem autorizo a publicação de fotos dos meus filhos em nenhuma rede social cibernética.
Peço o favor de me esclarecerem e me indicarem por favor quais as vias legais que devo seguir para travar a exposição dos meus filhos no meio social cibernético.

I am a single mother, I have two children with whom I share the paternity with Carlos Saraiva, the father of boys, but I'm save and tutor of my children.
What is happening is that the father of my children and his girlfriend have photographs of my children, which are smaller and are in my position, as stated in their profiles hi5.
I wonder how to report this abuse because I did not authorize or authorize the publication of photos of my children on any social network cybersecurity.
I ask you please clarify me and please show me what I ought to follow legal channels to stop the exposure of my children in social cyberspace.
