smithtr, we agree that name-calling and harassing people online shouldn't happen and hope the behavior you're talking about will end - or that you can work it out with the person. Unfortunately, if online behavior doesn't violated sites' terms of service, there isn't much that can be done by those companies. Many sites are deleting impersonating and bullying pages or profiles upon receiving a complaint, but the link you provide is just to a home page, so there's no way of determining what's going on. The soulofdarknessangel page you mention is private. So we recommend that you send your abuse report to the sites where the problem's occurring, but you'll get more lasting results (because people can simply post new abusive pages the minute the olds ones are taken down) if you work it out with the individual yourself.
