hi i am making a complaint because some has made this profile about me and its very bad, its got all my personal details on which is causing a lot of problems. pleases could you get rid ov it, i had made so many complaints but you havent done nothing bwt it, this is causing me alot of stress im still studying and people keep making fun out of me. please. its called mizz_terious1@hotmail.co.uk, thats the profile name hope you take the profile off the system

Hi Ziel, We can't close Hi5 accounts. You'll need to contact Hi5 at help@hi5.com, or visit their help sections in English or Spanish for more info.

Hello I want to denounce the incorrect use of an account of hi5 since it makes ridicule of one of my friendly. It says very wounding things of her, photos without their permission have taken him and respond of aggressive way to requests to close the account. please they can close this account http://obesaura.hi5.com . My friend is student and all very badly do ridicules to him with respect to this hi5 of pleasure. I hope that they can take care of begs and clear this profile of the system  |

Everyone, please remember that removing photos and other profile content is something only the site operator (Hi5) and the profile owner can do. There is no point in asking us to remove content from sites over which we have no control. Please contact help@hi5.com for assistance.

Hi. I have the same problem too. Someone hacked my password in Hi5 are now i have no control over it. Now they are posting nude pictures in it. Its causing me lot of mental and social problems. Its really damaging me.I can't sleep or eat or do anything now. So if you can please do tell them to delete my account.The account is britanta_kiranti@hotmail.com Please please help me. I am totally lost.

the same thing happened to me and the person changed my password so i could not delete the pictures or the account. hi5 admin have not done anything about it despite abuse having been reported. this has been most distressing for me and my family.

I've got the same problem... An insane create a false profile with the name of my sister, put pictures of halfnakeg woman, personal details .... She receives obscene messages...
Please get rid of this profile. We contacted the police.
