tengo un gran problema, hace unas semanas alguien logro quitarme mi HI5, me quito la clave y cambio el correo con el cual yo cree ese hi5, ahora habre con otro msn que èl creo; esta usando mi hi5 (fotos, informacion personal, amistades)para ostigar y molestar a quien èl desee, ESTA USANDO MI PERSONA, Y ESO ME ESTA DAÑANDO PORQUE EN EL HI5 ESTAN MIS FOTOS, ESTAN MIS FAMILIARES Y AMISTADES, èl esta haciendo lo que quiera, porfavor ayudenme.
I have been having a great problem, for weeks somebody profit to clear my HI5 to me, clear the key and change to me the mail with which I create that hi5, now Le Havre with another one msn that èl I create; this using my hi5 (photos, personal information, friendships) to ostigar and to bother to that èl wishes, THIS USING MY PERSON, AND THAT THIS DAMAGING to ME BECAUSE IN HI5 ESTAN MY PHOTOS, ESTAN MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDSHIPS, èl this doing what wants, porfavor ayudenme.--

I have also reported to the hi5 team but nothing seems to have happened. Please help me! |

someone has access to my Hi5 account details and they are sending dirty images and stuff to my friends.
This is quite offensive for me since i am a christian and would not like to be associated with that kind of stuff. Everyone of my friends are asking me whether i sent them profile coments, but then it happens that the days they mention to me are not the days that i was online. SO WHAT DO I DO?

Welcome Cocoa, Unfortunately anyone can open a profile with someone else's email address. The person probably switched off the email notification feature in the profile, which is why you haven’t received any emails about the account (regarding stuff like new comments or friend requests).
Hi5 will have to correct the problem. Contact them again at help@hi5.com, and be prepared to wait a few days to hear back. (They get lots of reports like this, and check out each one.)

Recently my friend invited me to join Hi5. When I tried to register, I noticed that my email address has already been in use. So, I search to see who has been using my email account. I was very surprised to see that there's another person using my email address as her account. My friends are on her friend's lists (since Hi5 automatically adds your friends who already have Hi5 to your list).
How can I fix this problem. I have already reported Hi5 technical support and been waiting for them to do something. Does this mean that my email with hotmail has been hacked too?? I've been using hotmail for a really long time. I don't understand how that person got my password during Hi5 registration.
Please help me if you know anything.

Welcome Victory, I'd submit a new report to Hi5. (Stolen photos are prohibited in their TOS.) Be sure to complete every section of the abuse form - Hi5 has told us that they can’t process incomplete ones.
