PLEASE I NNED HELP!!! I CAN'T ACCESS TO MY PROFILE PAGE ON HI5, WHEN I ENTER MY PASSWORD, IT SAYS SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

To change your password and secure your account, please click here. By clicking the link you will be sent an email at xxxxxx@hotmail.com that will provide instructions on changing your password. In case you no longer use that email id, please contact Customer Support directly.

AND THEN I CLICK ON THAT LINK AND NOTHING HAPPENS, THEY DON'T EMAIL ME ANYTHING, WHAT'S HAPPENING???

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PSWD, IF I CAN`T LOG IN?? ALSO THEY DON'T EMAIL ME ANYTHING!!!

Hi plave .. send an email to help@hi5.com from the email address you are using.

Make sure to include your profile url.

When you send the email you will get an email back letting you know that they received your email. It will have a ticket # which you will need to keep until this problem is fixed.

If you dont hear anything back within a week reply to that email you got from them & tell them.

Since hi5 has had some employee cutbacks dont expect any help until after Monday.

i cant log into my hi5 profile because they change my password and the address that they are sending the password to does not exist

Hi silvinho90 .. you have to send an email to help@hi5.com

Make sure to include your profile url.

When you send the email you should get an email back letting you know that they received your email .. it will have a ticket # which you will need to keep until this problem is fixed.

Hi, amit_n2010, Contact Hi5 customer support at help@hi5.com and ask them to unlock the restricted account. (You've reached ConnectSafely.org, a non-profit organization that helps families with Internet-related safety issues. We receive funding from Hi5 but have no control over their internal processes and can't service individual accounts.)

Once your account is active again log in with your old email address. Hi5 will follow up with instructions on how to change the email and password.

Hi Choppa, Contact Hi5 customer support at help@hi5.com and ask them to unlock the restricted account. Once your account is active again, log in using your old email address. Hi5 will follow up with instructions on how to change the email and password.
