but I can't log into my email because I have forgotten long time ago both the passord and the secret answer to the "recovery password question" ... if you know what I mean. I have tried to contact the hi5 staff but that site doesn't want to load. now I will try o send an email at that address. SO PLEASE!!! I NEED MY HI5 BACK!!

Hi Wummy, Click on the "Help" button in the top right corner and you'll get to another page with a "Submit a Question" tab. There you can type a question that goes directly to a member of Hi5's support department. You can also send an email to support@hi5.com but your msg. goes to the same place and it's not any faster than using the form.
Hi5 receives tons of questions so it will probably take a few days to get a response.
