my son dated a girl and they broke up, he is now with another girl and this girl Steph Russo has put a myspace up with my son's pictures. even though it is set to private we were given another person who is on the friend lists password and i printed it all out last night. there are some major derogatory things on this myspace and it looks like the person is trying to start fights with some of my sons friends and my son...when they call him is the only time he is able to tell them that it isn't him...we have both contact myspace numerous times too many to count and they basically answered saying to have the police contact them if i have a problem. due to free speech until my son is hurt they will not do anything. if my son gets hurt by someone this person started fight with then they will do something. please if anyone knows what i can do and what my son can do then help us. the cop basically said "well that's what you get for being on myspace"
