Myspace Imposter issue - dealing with minors

My youngest sister is a high school student that has a private MySpage page. About two, three weeks ago, she mentioned that someone had stolen a lot of her photographs and posted them on their own imposter site. Unfortunately, it seems this imposter has done this for a while -they had a photograph of our baby cousin with her from a summer trip! I've tried to contact Myspace's abuse team about the situation with NO RESPONSE OR ACTION taken. My sister even did the whole "salute" photo and yet they are STILL up.

This is my youngest sister (on right):

This is the fake (my sister is the middle in the recent b/w photo):
http://www.myspace.com/113828676

Notice the difference in the numbers. Why would someone collect someone else's photographs and then make a fake profile? Since my sister is a minor, this is bound to cause a scene, because NO ONE can see who he/she is doing on the profile with all her photographs and the stuff he/she is saying about his/herself.

I'm also thinking about the future -what about that collection of photographs they have with her, our family members, and her friends? What about those, considering she IS a minor and this is pretty new territory for us to deal with. Any help and advice would be appreciated!

Thanks for posting. It appears that the fake site has been deleted. By the way, we deleted the picture of your sister that you linked to from your posting because it appears that your sister is a minor and we don't want any pictures of minors on the site. Thanks for your understanding.
