I have an email address and find that a certain person is constantly sending me porno graphic in nature sort of advertisements, I have children as well and thought if this person is sending me stuff like that ,it is possible they might be sending it to my children being they use the computer as well. I have blocked this person time after time and yet somehow they still find a way to send the emails. Who would I report them to in a case like this?

u most likely can only block the email address that sent u the mail.. but not the person who sent you.. there are few ways u can do.. haunt the person down, saved those email that he sent u as evidences.. then sue him, hoping court put injunction on his act.. Or you want a peaceful way that is to change ur email address, stop using ur current email address.. You can even warn the person not to do it again if not you gonna haunt him down..

There are several possibilities. It could be just a couple of persistent spammers. Here's how to file complaints about spam at a Federal Trade Commission Web site, OnGuardOnline. GetNetWise.org, another great source of PC-security info, has a page about how to report spam to your ISP. In fact, they have a whole section on spam and what to do about it. And here's info from the FTC on how to keep your PC from being infected by a worm that allows others to take control and use it, among other things, to send spam out.
