Who can help me stop abusive & threatening behaviour used daily on xat by :
http://xat.com/RadioBoomBoom ?
The Moderators & DJs on this site use offensive ,abusive & threatening behaviour in main chat & private,but having spent some time trying to block, ban & other facilities it still continues.
Are there any bodies that can advise me on how to report such offensive language & music being broadcasted live ?

Hi Maureen TY for reply to my topic & have tried to open a ticket but was unsuccessful , this was mainly due to the way the format of an e mail has to be sent .However had some success with their web site & was taken quite strongly by them and now pleased with the results so far .

Welcome Nighthawk, Have you tried to open a support ticket? Be sure to explain that your attempts to block and ban haven't worked. I didn't find much other helpful information on the Xat Help page, and we don't have a contact there to ask.
